The Urban Development Fund, in cooperation with the Housing and Development Bank, begins electronic reservation procedures for the apartments of the Dara project. It is a project to develop provincial capitals.
The electronic reservation of apartments for the development of provincial capitals comes after the submission ends on January 12th, and starting tomorrow, January 22nd until January 26th, electronic reservation takes precedence, for 1,284 apartments that were offered in 9 governorates.
Reservations are made through the Housing and Development Bank; Reservations will be made online, on a first-come-first-served basis, at https://www.hdb-reservation.com/, tomorrow at 10 am.
The apartments are located in 9 governorates; They are Menoufia, Dakahlia, Qena, Sohag, Minya, Fayoum, Suez, Kafr El-Sheikh and Damietta.
The areas of the apartments range from 90 to 127 and 179 square meters, with luxurious finishing levels that suit the needs of above-average and investment housing, provided that the Housing and Development Bank undertakes the process of reserving the units according to the cooperation agreement signed between the fund and the bank.
The units offered for reservation are ready for immediate delivery as soon as the allocation and reservation processes are completed, and they are fully finished, utilities, and ready for housing.
The Urban Development Fund closed the door for reservations in the Dara project units on January 12, and the number of those who paid serious amounts for reservations exceeded the number of units by 200%.
The location of the apartments, in detail, and the prices are as follows:
1- There are 60 units on El-Geish Street in Mansoura City, Dakahlia Governorate, and the 171-square-meter apartment recorded 2,900,000 pounds, while some units reached 3,4,000 pounds.
2- There are 360 units in Taksim al-Salam in the city of Qena, Qena Governorate, and the 116-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 300 thousand, and the 109-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 222 thousand pounds.
3- There are 176 units in the south of the university in Kafr El-Sheikh City, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The 116-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 535 thousand pounds, and the 109-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 429 thousand pounds.
4- There are 80 units in the south of the city of Ras al-Bar in Damietta Governorate, and the 114-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 754 thousand pounds, and the 127-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 993 thousand pounds.
5- There are 192 units in the second district in the Ataka neighborhood of Suez City, Suez Governorate, and the 90-square-meter apartment registered 770,000 pounds to 860,000 pounds.
6- There are 72 units on Al-Galaa Street in Sohag City, Sohag Governorate, and the 116-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 490 thousand pounds, and the 109-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 450 thousand pounds.
7- There are 88 units in the Ard al-Raheb area in the city of Shebin El-Kom in the Menoufia Governorate. The 116-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 270 thousand pounds, and the 109-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 198 thousand pounds.
8- There are 96 units west of the city of Minya, Minya Governorate, and the apartment is 136 square meters, 2,135,000 pounds.
9- There are 160 units in Al-Hawatem area in Fayoum City, Fayoum Governorate. The 100-square-meter apartment recorded 950 thousand pounds, and the 109-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 35 thousand pounds.
