Minya – Jamal Muhammad:
14 workers were injured, Friday evening, with fractures and bruises, as a result of the overturning of a pick-up truck on the Western Desert Road, south of Minya Governorate.
Major General Osama Abdel-Azim, Director of Minya Security, received a notification of a signal from the rescue operations, that car No. (5167 NLS, quarter-transport) overturned on the western desert road in Mallawi.
Ambulances and security services moved to the accident site, and it was found that the right rear tire exploded, injuring 14 workers.
Wounded in the incident: Muhammad Sobhi Ali, 32 years old, Mahmoud Rabie Abdel Rahman, 29 years old, Ahmed Muhammad Abdel Hamid, 32 years old, Tariq Muhammad Yassin, 27 years old, Amr Farag Hassan, 21 years old, Muhammad Essa Muhammad, 21 years old, Ihab Tawfiq Muhammad 28 years old, Ahmed Marzouq Kamel 27 years old, Yasser Abdel Aziz 40 years old, Ali Sayed Mohamed 27 years old, Yahya Hassan Mohani 47 years old, Adel Saleh Ahmed 29 years old, Shihab Eid Hassan 33 years old, Hussein Nadi Hussein, 20 years old, all residents of the village of Tuna al-Jabal.
The injured were transferred to Mallawi Specialist Hospital to receive treatment. A report was issued regarding the incident, and the Public Prosecution Office was notified for investigation.
