The investigating officer of the case is the officer-in-charge (OC) of the District Intelligence Police (DB North). Helal Uddin said, in the statement, all the three accused have given a complete description of the incident of robbery and rape. Among them, Raja Mia confessed to participating in both rape and looting. The other two, Awal and Noornabi, only confessed to participating in the robbery.
