A YouTuber decided to create the first one PlayStation 5 slim, with a height of only 2 cm. The project is being prepared by YouTube channel DIY Perks, which specializes in videos on designing and creating gadgets. The whole project starts with deciding which of the console components will remain, so that the 2 cm target is achievable. Most of the PS5’s volume comes from the metal casing and the CPU cooling system, so if these are gone, then the project becomes a reality.
Also, the internal power supply of the device is replaced with an external one, so there is even more space left. The result is a reduction of the console from 10 to 1.9 cm.
