Algerian boxer Maamari Wael won the gold medal at the Muaythai World Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Algerian Al-Malam fought three fights in the competition, the first was against the former world champion from Hungary, then a boxer from the organizing country overtook the UAE in the second interview, while the gold medal match was at the expense of an Uzbek boxer.
This coronation is considered historic, given that boxer Maamari Wael is the first Algerian to represent the country in the world championship and gift it a gold medal in the Muay Thai.
