A flight attendant who has worked more than a decade in the profession, has revealed a simple trick to add more stuff to your carry-on baggage without charging extra fees.
Speaking to Britain’s Daily Mail, Miguel said that many passengers do not know that duty-free bags do not count toward hand baggage allowances, according to UAE24.com.
If you have something that does not fit in your bag or want to bring an extra bag on the plane, all you have to do is carry a duty-free bag or order one from Duty Free and put what you want in your shopping bag.
Miguel advises: “Passengers carrying heavy bags should unload some items and put them in a duty-free bag instead of paying for the airline’s excess baggage.”
Previously, Louisa, founder of the children’s travel center “Kuchi Kids”, revealed her DIY trick for taking clothes that don’t fit in your bag by packing them in a pillow case.
In a viral clip posted on Instagram, Luisa hid the excess clothes in the form of a portable pillow. Louisa began by folding the extra clothes into three neat and neat piles and wrapping them tightly in the blanket so that they were the size of a pillowcase. Then she packed the clothes into the pillowcase.
