The General Directorate of Sonatrach and the National Syndicate of the Foundation signed a collective agreement that included the review of grants, compensation and expenses of a reimbursable nature.
The signing ceremony was attended, according to a statement by Sonatrach, the Secretary-General of the National Federation of Oil, Gas and Chemistry Workers, as well as members of the National Union and the managing directors of the institution.
This agreement came as a result of the dynamic of fruitful negotiations, characterized by the spirit of dialogue, consultation and honesty that prevailed in all the meetings held between the two parties.
The agreement, according to the same source, is a continuation of the efforts and measures previously taken, under the collective agreement dated February 16, 2021, which aims to strengthen social harmony and stability in the institution.
