Books – Ali Al-Bahaji:
Pitso Mosimane, coach of Al-Ahly team, confirmed that it is difficult to win everything, pointing out that all teams in the world face the same thing, citing a number of clubs in Europe.
Musimani said in statements via Ontime Sports 1: “We know that since the establishment of Al-Ahly Club in 1907, there were many coaches before my arrival, including the legend Manuel Jose, and despite that he did not win everything with Al-Ahly, I am in the end a human being.”
He added, “I am not the first coach to coach Al-Ahly, and the fans only ask to win, and this is their right, because any team does not wish to lose.”
He continued, “When Bayern Munich won the Champions League, there was a setback and did not win the following year with the same title, and Paris Saint-Germain reached the final and did not win the Champions League, and Real Madrid tried to win the title last season and this year has a chance to win, and Manchester City was the leader of the English Premier League. 14 points behind Liverpool and now the difference is one point and they are out of Europe, and Liverpool have a chance to win Europe and the league is not in their hands, you cannot win everything, this is a fact.”
He continued, “We won against Enppi because we played well, it was not easy to play on a pitch that bad, and I told Al-Ahly players before the match that any complaint from the pitch is not acceptable, because the opposing team will play on the same pitch.”
He continued: “In the principle of football, when you play well, you win. Enppi had one chance and the kick they scored, and we deserved to win. We did not know that we would win in the last minutes. I was certain of scoring, but I was not certain of winning.”
And he concluded his statements: “The team that faced Enppi could play the African final against Moroccan Wydad until something new happens in the injured file. The existing players are the ones who will perform, and this is the same message I sent to Al-Ahly players before the last World Cup in the Emirates, and these circumstances are not new to us.”
Al-Ahly defeated Enppi 2-1 in the match that was held between them at the Arab Contractors Stadium on Saturday evening, as part of the postponements of the 15th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Al-Ahly raised its score to 37 points in third place, collecting 16 games, while Enppi’s balance stopped at 24 points, in ninth place, collecting 19 games.
This became Al-Ahly’s first victory after a negative series that lasted 45 days, in which it achieved three draws and one defeat.
