Books – Omar Qura:
Portuguese coach Jesualdo Ferreira, Zamalek coach, announced the formation of his team to face the Eastern Company in the 17th round of the Egyptian League at the Arab Contractors Stadium.
The formation witnessed the participation of Islam Jaber mainly with the return of Mahmoud Alaa to adjoin Mahmoud Hamdi Al-Wensh in defense, in addition to Omar Al-Saeed continuing to lead the team’s attack.
The formation of Zamalek was as follows:
Goalkeeper: Muhammad Abu Jabal.
Defense: Hamza Mathlouthi, Mahmoud Alaa, Mahmoud Hamdi “Al Wensh”, Ahmed Fattouh.
Middle: Tariq Hamed, Imam Ashour.
Midfield: Islam Jaber, Ashraf Bencharki, Ahmed Sayed Zizou.
In the attack: Omar Al-Saeed.
And on the bench are: Muhammad Awad, Muhammad Abdul Ghani, Hazem Imam, Abdullah Jumaa, Muhammad Ashraf “Ruqa”, Sayed Abdullah “Neymar”, Ayman Hefni, Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala” and Saif Al-Din Al-Jaziri.
It is noteworthy that Zamalek is in first place in the league with 38 points from 16 matches, while the Eastern Company is at the bottom of the standings, with 10 points from 15 matches.
