Ashraf Khader, the former coach of the Ismaili team, revealed that Amr Al-Sulayya, the former Al-Ahly and “Darwish” midfielder, used to train on the same ball he did in the Zamalek match.
Khader added, in exclusive statements to “Masrawy”: “Al-Sulayya used to play the ball in this way in many exercises and matches when he was in Ismaily.”
And he continued, “Al-Sulayya is a talented player since his childhood, and his creation of the goal in this distinctive way in the Zamalek match is not something new to him.”
He continued, “In the early stages of the year, we worked on developing many skills, because he has talent.”
And he ended: “Al-Sulayya is very fond of the ball in the way he made Al-Ahly’s goal from Zamalek.”
And Amr Al-Sulayya had made a goal in the Zamalek match, according to the “Rabona” method, in a meeting that witnessed the red team’s superiority (5-3) within the accounts of the third round of the Egyptian We League competition.
It is worth noting that Al-Ahly raised its score to nine points, equal to Pyramids, as the duo topped the local competition rankings.
