The Directorates of Supply and Internal Trade at the Republic level receive citizens’ grievances related to stopping the ration card from being disbursed without reasons, as well as regarding the mistaken deletion of individuals from the ration cards, provided that the citizen possesses documents confirming his entitlement to support, and denying the reason for exclusion, according to statements by Dr. Ali Al-Maselhi, Minister of Supply and internal trade.
The Minister of Supply stressed, during previous press statements, that citizens’ grievances regarding ration cards continue to be received, through the supply directorates at the level of the Republic, which are complaints related to deleting individuals from the ration card without reason, or stopping the disbursement of support for a ration card for those who are eligible for support without reason, pointing out to Continuation of the purification process and the exclusion of those who are not eligible.
The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade allows the holders of ration cards that have stopped paying the goods of the monthly courses, or that have been subjected to the deletion of some of their members without meeting the criteria of the Social Justice Committee during the processes of purifying the cards from those who are not eligible that took place earlier.
For the approval of the supply directorates to open the grievance, the Ministry of Supply requires that the holder of the card be one of those who are actually eligible for support and have documents to prove that.
