A funny and rare moment occurred during a match between Uganda and its Malian guest on Monday afternoon.
This match ended in a goalless draw, in the second round of the World Cup qualifiers group stage.
A Ugandan spectator in the stands stood behind the television camera, preventing the cameraman from broadcasting the match live.
This spectator protested that the match was not broadcast live, and without coding, so that his citizens could watch their country’s national team in a World Cup liquidation competition. As mentioned by local press reports issued on Tuesday. Which added that this spectator’s protest did not last long, making way for television filming.
So in the WC qualifier group E match ,Uganda vs Mali, a spectator blocked the live transmission of the fixture as a protest of the lack of live feed on UBC which many Ugandans expected to watch from. pic.twitter.com/6eCQxEAVL0
