The Social Democratic Party in Germany (SPD) is also expanding its lead over the Christian Democrats / Christian Socialists (CDU / CSU), according to a new poll.
In a poll conducted by the INSA Research Institute on behalf of the Bild newspaper on the German elections, the SPD now stands at 26% (+1 compared to a previous poll by the same newspaper last week).
Christian Democrats and Christian Socialists (CDU / CSU) also recorded a small increase (0.5%) and their percentage is 20.5%, ie their downward trend in recent weeks has stopped.
The Liberal Party (FDP) and the Greens (Die Gruenen) are losing one point and their percentages are now 12.5% and 15.5% respectively.
The Left (Die Linke) loses half a point and would receive 6.5% if the elections took place next Sunday. Finally, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) remains stable at 11%. Finally, other parties would vote 8% (+ 1%).
