Percy Tau of Al-Ahly club and the South African national team managed to score a goal for his country against Ghana, on Monday evening, but Zambian referee Gani Sikazwe decided to cancel it due to an offside case.
Tao will participate in the match between South Africa and Ghana as a start with the boys, in the matches of the second round of Group G of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Tao’s goal came in the 37th minute after receiving a cross to head it into Ghana’s net, but the Zambian referee decided to cancel it based on a questionable decision, according to the television broadcast.
Al-Ahly signed with Tao from Brighton Albion during the summer transfer period.
