Oats with cranberries

To make quick cranberry oatmeal balls, take the bowl of a blender and add 1 cup cranberries, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons chia seeds, 3 tablespoons watermelon seeds, 1 cup rolled oats with ½ cup raisins, the sweet taste of cranberries mixed with the flavor of the seeds And oats give you a delicious taste.

A perfect treat for dessert lovers, take a bowl, soak a cup of figs in warm water and make a fine paste, add ½ cup almonds, 2 tablespoons flax seeds, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons watermelon seeds, 1 teaspoon lemon peel, ½ Rolled cup of oats. You just have to mix them together.

Dry fruits and nuts

To make delicious dry fruit and nut balls, take a jar of flour and add 1 cup roasted peanuts, 1 cup almonds, 1 cup chopped raisins and 1 cup pitted dates, grind them into a coarse mixture, add 2 tablespoons watermelon seeds, 2 tablespoons of honey and grind them again.

To make these healthy desserts, take 1 cup pitted dates and 1 cup raisins, 1/4 cup flax seeds, 1/2 cup watermelon seeds, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Grind them together and add 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut, mix together and roll well and keep in an airtight container. You can cool it down and enjoy it as a dessert at any time.

Peanut Butter and Apple Balls

If you are craving a quick and healthy snack, take one medium-sized apple and grate it finely. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add ½ cup peanut butter, 3 tablespoons granola, 3 tablespoons ground peanuts and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix them together and make some peanut butter and crunchy apple balls
