A cup of cherries is like the perfect summer snack, but it can spike your blood sugar, as it contains 20 grams of sugar and may make you feel hungry, so try to cut back on it.

6- Kiwi:

Kiwi is the fruit that gives your fruit salad a great green color and sweet flavor. Just keep an eye on the serving sizes. One cup of sliced ​​fruit contains about 16 grams of sugar.
