Hormonal imbalance can be caused by eating certain foods, which is why you should stay away from these six foods that can make things worse for you, as healthshots and timesofindia explain.
1- Red meat:
Foods rich in saturated and hydrogenated fats, which are commonly found in red meat and processed meat, should be avoided, as unhealthy fats can increase estrogen production and can exacerbate symptoms of a hormonal imbalance.

2- Soy products:

3- Dairy products:

6- Certain vegetables:
Some vegetables such as eggplant, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli and kale are considered harmful if consumed in large quantities, as they cause inflammation and affect the health of the thyroid gland.
